At Mr Panda Wholesale, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely throughout South Africa.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. During promotional periods or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Gauteng: 1–3 business days
Major cities: 2–5 business days
Regional and outlying areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

- Delivery location
- Parcel size and weight
- Courier service selected
- Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking information (where available).

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Mr Panda Wholesale is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because: no one is available to receive the parcel,
the address is incorrect, or delivery is refused, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery. Inspection Upon Delivery. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your parcel is damaged or items are missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate the issue.

Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Mr Panda Wholesale is not liable for delays caused by: courier operations, severe weather, public holidays, strikes, customs or government restrictions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Collection

Where available, customers may choose to collect their orders from a designated Mr Panda Wholesale store or collection point after receiving confirmation that the order is ready.
