How to Use

• Steam chicken pieces for 10–15 minutes and allow to cool.

• Beat 3 eggs and dip the chicken into the egg mixture.

• Roll the chicken in the coating until evenly covered.

• Fry: Heat oil in a deep pan and fry over medium heat until golden and cooked through.

• Bake: Place on a greased baking pan, lightly drizzle with oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes, turning after 20 minutes.

• Air fry: Set to 180°C and cook for approximately 25 minutes, or until cooked through.

• For a smoother coating, refrigerate coated chicken for 20 minutes before cooking.

• The packaging advises against adding salt and pepper. Cooking times and temperatures may vary.
